Sarah brings more than 23 years of executive experience working alongside CEOs, boards and leadership teams across ASX-listed and growth companies, supporting them through strategy, transformation, capital markets activity and governance complexity.

Her experience spans corporate strategy, large-scale integration, capital raising environments and investor-facing communications, with a particular focus on helping organisations navigate periods of change with clarity and discipline.

Sarah played a senior leadership role in the $86 million acquisition and integration of Gumtree, CarsGuide and Autotrader Australia, overseeing complex operational change, cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment across multiple brands. She also led the operations of HotCopper, Australia’s most active investor community, gaining deep exposure to investor behaviour, market sentiment and listed-company dynamics.

Earlier in her career, Sarah founded and scaled advisory businesses supporting hundreds of companies across mining, technology, biotech and media in Australia, the UK, the US and Canada - working closely with management teams on positioning, growth strategy and market engagement.

She has advised and worked with organisations including The Boston Consulting Group, Adobe, BHP, Commonwealth Bank, VGW and Gumtree, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution across transformation, integration and stakeholder programs.

Sarah holds a Graduate MBA from the London School of Economics and has led teams recognised twice in the Deloitte Fast 50 for innovation and growth.

Outside of work, she can usually be found on the beach with her dogs, or sharing a glass of WA Chardonnay with family and friends.
